We've had some real comfort food here for lunch; Macaroni and Cheese and Fried Green Tomatoes! Yummy!!

Our vegetarian menu featured appetizers of artichokes and bruschetta. We had Shrimp piri piri, a family favorite for celebrations with salad. Dessert was pecan pie and a pumpkin/cream cheese icing roll-up cake.

I've been spending a few days with Ralph in Virginia Beach. He was on call through the week and weekend and needed to be there, so I joined him. I took some projects with me to fill my time when he was at work. All in all, it was a wonderful time. I'm back in Richmond now, getting ready for Thanksgiving.

I spent some of today with Anna and Wesley. We had lunch at Guadalajara, played at the Discovery museum, and rode the trolley (a bus that looks like a trolley) through Charlottesville. Wesley helped point out things on the tour. We rode past the hospital where he was born, the University of Virginia, and the chapel where his parents were married. Then we walked to The Mud House for coffee, before returning to our car. All in all, it was a real nice time.
